GLIMMER PSALM

GLIMMER PSALM

The waning moon will glide the lake
Although with thinner watt –
I’ll focus on the dimmer light
Instead of what she’s not.

The slimmest glow is better than
The somnolence of naught –
The nocturne is not permanent
If I gleam as I ought.
