HUE PSALM

HUE PSALM

The verse is washed in color –
A water-based pastel –
The edges blend or sharpen –
The pigments fade or swell.

A word can paint an image –
A sketch emerge from brush –
A syllable bring tincture –
Compose a line by touch.
